Foursquare Commercial is a young firm with an old soul. Founded in 2019, our work began when Foursquare Builders – an award winning 20-year heavyweight in high end residential construction – moved into the high-rise residential condo space. Since that time, we have branched out into other high detail, high design commercial work – with a focus on Retail, Restaurant, and Hospitality. We have continued to expand our work in the high-rise condo realm where we have worked in most of the major high-rise condo buildings in the city of Austin as well as in hundreds of individual units.

We have stayed true to our artisanal roots by working on select projects that require outside of the box thinking and (unique to the commercial construction world) artisanal level skills. We are known for our uncompromising commitment to service, quality, and client satisfaction. Our specialties include ground-up construction, tenant improvements on a variety of project types, condos, as well as special projects for other larger general contractors where a white glove artisanal touch is required.
