With decades of experience in the custom residential and commercial field as our backbone, our Design+Build team is able to leverage our expertise in the construction of architecturally-significant project throughout the entire design process.
Management Team
Wes Wigginton
Wes’s steadfast effort, skill, and attention to detail have made his 45 years in construction highly successful and decorated. For the last fifteen years, he has brought his expansive knowledge in commercial construction, finely tuned management skills, and accurate construction administration techniques to commercial construction. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for the American Institute of Architects Austin Chapter. Wes is a Graduate Master Builder certified by the National Association of Home Builders, as well as a LEED Accredited Professional with the United States Green Building Council.
Saundra Everhart
Sandie has over 15 years of experience in residential and commercial construction. She has provided administrative support for single-family custom homes ranging from $500,000 to $3.5 million; single family subdivisions ranging from 10 lots to 500 lots; apartment complex projects ranging from $2 million to $100 million; and tenant improvement projects ranging from $25,000 to $2 million. She currently acts as liaison between the client, architect, project manager, and subcontractors to ensure a project’s completion is on time and within budget.
Jenny Teague
A native from Temple, Texas, Jenny has made Austin her home since 1996. She’s held several roles including Client Services Manager, Project Manager and Division Manager of Foursquare Builders and now Foursquare Commercial since 2014. She specializes in remodels and water event rebuilds in Condominium and High Rise Condominiums and their Common Areas, to include lobbies and amenity levels. She has completed water event rebuilds at The Independent, 5th and West and Austin City Lofts totaling 100+ units. She managed high end remodels, to include Penthouse Suites at The Independent, 5th and West, 70 Rainey, Seaholm, Austin City Lofts, The Austonian, The Proper, West End Condos and Spring Condos. Jenny’s daily tasks include working with clients, the design process, permitting, management of trade partners, working with high rise HOAs, Building Management, Building Engineers, Architects and Interior Designers. Jenny takes pride in being a self-contained unit. Upon meeting a potential new client, not only does she work with them through the sales, design and estimating process but also sees the project through completion as the Project Manager. When taking time off, Jenny enjoys traveling within the United States to various beautiful places and spending time with family.

Kevin Pearson
Kevin has been with Foursquare since 2022. He received his Bachelor of Business Administration from Texas State University in 2003. Since 2007, he has managed Commercial Projects ranging from Music Venues, such as Antone's on 5th Street and Restaurants, such as Chi-Lantro, Via 313 and Jacoby's Steakhouse. Kevin oversees all aspects of his projects with full responsibility for completing construction while maintaining quality safety standards. He manages trade partners on site and submits all contracts and keeps track of budgets for each of his projects.
Judith Carroll
Judith has 10 years of customer service experience & has supported projects ranging from $450k to $4 million. She has also managed teams of 5 to 15 people and is skilled in keeping projects on track and delegating efficiently. She is particularly strong in customer care, warranty management and construction tracking software. Judith is the key administrator for Co-construct, an online tool that allows clients, designers and contractors to monitor their projects. Judith is a native Texan and enjoys traveling and spending time with family and friends.
Nelson Lewis - Director of Operations
Originally from South Carolina Nelson and his family have called Texas their home since 2011. As Operations Director at Foursquare since 2023, Nelson has cultivated his relationship with Foursquare ownership and management over the past 10 years as a valued trade partner in the fire protection and life safety sector. Nelson’s career began in 2003 after graduating high school. He enlisted in the U.S. Air Force serving four years working the flight line and performing aircraft maintenance on the C-130’s guidance and control systems. Throughout his career, Nelson has developed a sense of pride in his attention to detail, integrity, and communication skills keeping trade partners and clients up to speed with processes, procedures, and next steps. Nelson’s daily tasks entail working with clients, project managers, and the administrative team to ensure a streamlined process, meanwhile, putting workflows and procedures in place to maintain budgets, efficiency and schedules.
When taking time off, Nelson enjoys traveling to National Parks with his family coaching his children's Youth Sports.
